During our stay, we loved the quick access to Marina Ocean World, just a short 15-minute walk away, and a relaxing stroll to Playa Costambar, only a bit over 2 km down the road, where we enjoyed the beach views and vibrant atmosphere.

Had an amazing 7-night family stay! The food was absolutely delicious, especially at the Brazilian restaurant. 😍 However, the plastic waste they used was really noticeable. Overall, a beautiful resort with great amenities!

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! ! Every meal we had exceeded our expectations, especially the Brazilian restaurant. The unique foam party at the Tropical Pool brought everyone together for a fantastic time, making it truly memorable. I also enjoyed the hidden gem bar near the dessert cafe, where the ambiance added a special touch to our evenings.
Our Junior Suite, while spacious, had a few maintenance issues that could benefit from attention.

It was just a prime choice for a transient stop in Puerto Plata with very good value for money. I appreciated the staff trying to be nice and helpful during our stay. Make sure to check if the restaurant reservations are available before you plan your meals.

The food was absolute deliciousness, especially at the Brazilian restaurant. I loved lounging in the hammock on my deck, soaking up the sunshine. The pools were fine, each one offering its own vibe and fine architecture!

A Memorable Getaway with Some Hiccups
We enjoyed our stay in a cozy studio, but the service felt inconsiderate at times. Some onsite restaurants had limited options, and we often waited for food. The beach areas were beautiful. however, only VIP guests seemed to enjoy premium access. Plan ahead for shuttle times.

Room was a gem, but.
We spent 3 nights in this King Suite and it was really nice and fresh! The beach hours were a bummer, though, and getting a drink by the pool was a hassle. The food was solid, especially at the snack bar, but the service? Not so much. Being treated like second-class guests wasn’t cool.
